Heard. For the reasons recorded in the order dated 15.1.2015 an ad-interim pre-arrest bail has been granted in favour of the Applicant. The prosecution has filed its say. Learned APP, today upon instructions from I.O. has made a statement that the person who had sent the obscene photograph upon the Mobile of the Manager who had in turn sent the same on the Mobile of the complainant; is arrested. Having regard to the said statement, it is obvious that the Applicant has not sent the said photograph. Hence, there appears no reason for which custodial interrogation of the Applicant would be necessary for completion of investigation.

Resultantly, the application is allowed. The earlier directions given vide order dated 15.1.2015 is hereby confirmed on same terms and conditions.
