1] Perused the writ petition, order at page 15 and paragraph 6 in writ petition.

2] Writ Petition No. 3294 of 2019 was disposed of on 15th July 2019. The order refusing parole leave is dated 9th May 2018 and obviously prior to 15th July 2019.

3] In this situation, though learned APP is opposing, we clarify that if the petitioner moves a fresh application for parole leave, the same shall be looked into in accordance with law without getting infuenced by the order of rejection dated 9th May 2018.

4] Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
