The matter was adjourned to today at the request of SRA to enable it to make a statement. Accordingly, counsel Patil upon instructions state that application submitted by the petitioner has been recorded as Application No.48/2019 by AGRC and it can be decided within a period of 6 months from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it should be decided at the earliest.

In this situation, without observing anything on merits of the controversy, we direct AGRC to decide that application at the earliest and in any case within a period of 6 months from today. 4.
