After a detailed order is passed in the matters, which were listed for directions, in one of them, it is stated by the petitioners' advocate that, the daughter has now been traced. The daughter, allegedly, was love with the driver, but, later on, her maternal aunt has been able to trace her and presently, she is residing with her maternal aunt. The petitioner, therefore, is satisfied that her daughter is safe and secure and she should not be produced before the Court any longer.
