1] Heard learned counsel for the Applicant. He submits that the applicant is ready to settle the matter with the non-applicant and to show his bonafides willing to deposit an amount of Rs.2 Lakhs within one month from today.

2] Considering these facts and circumstances, following order is passed :

i] The sentence imposed by the learned JMFC in SCC No.486/2015 vide Judgment and order dated 04.04.2018, is hereby suspended.

(15)IA-459-22.doc ii] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, subject to deposit of Rs.2 Lakhs within one month from today before the trial Court.

iii] Bail before the learned trial Court.
