Having heard learned counsel and learned AGP appearing for the respective parties, we find that the applicants would be affected by the outcome of the writ petition inasmuch as they claim to have purchased the disputed land from the allottee. In the light of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is disposed of as such.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the applicants as party respondents. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today. The copy of the amended petition be served upon the added respondents within a period of one week thereafter.
