Heard. Respective counsel for the parties jointly requests for quashing of FIR No.11/2018 under sections 353, 332, 363 and 504 of IPC. Respondent No. No.2 has placed on record affidavit stating that the grievance is redressed and he does not wish to prosecute the matter. 2.

The facts narrated in police report show the accident and thereafter the conduct of the petitioner owner in an anxiety to recover the loss caused to his vehicle.

In the situation, accepting the joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
