Heard.
The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent failed and neglected to comply the order dated 26.07.2017 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.464 of 2016. He submits that this court by order dated 26.07.2017 directed the authority Collector to consider the representation and dispose of the same within three months from the date of order. Hence, he preferred the present Contempt Petition.

907 cp279-18.doc The learned A.G.P. for the Respondent after taking instruction from her officer, Mr.Prashant Awate (Tahsildar), Collector Office, Pune, who is present in court makes a statement that they undertake to comply the order dated 26.07.2017 in Writ Petition No.464 of 2016 within four weeks from today. To that effect, she has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted.
In view of subsequent development, we do not think it fit to take any action against the Respondent.
Contempt Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Respondents are directed to comply the order dated 26.07.2017 in Writ Petition No.464 of 2017 within four weeks from today and inform the other side in writing.
