Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

After arrest on 28/03/2018, applicant came to be chargesheeted in Crime no. 77/2018 registered with Koregaon Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under sections 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There are other two co-accused who are already released on bail. The prosecution case against the applicant is, without any

2 2.73.19 ba.doc authority, applicant has marketed the educational courses and issued bogus certificates.

There are no criminal antecedents.

As the investigation in the matter is already completed, in my opinion, applicant deserves to be released on bail on following conditions:

(A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime no. 77/2018 registered with Koregaon Police Station, Pune on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not indulge into similar type of offence or shall not issue these certificates as has been alleged in the F.I.R.

(C) Applicant shall not influence prosecution witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
