For the reasons separately recorded in the order dictated in open Court, following operative order is passed :

ORDER

(1) The petitions are allowed. The impugned order dated 29th November, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai below Exhibit 1502 filed in Sessions Case Nos. 177 of 2013, 178 of 2014, 577 of 2013 and 312 of 2014, is quashed and set-aside.

(2) Rule is made absolute in the above terms.

(3) All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
