1. In so far as Interim Application No. 19659 of 2022 is concerned, the Applicant i.e. Petitioner No.1 has submitted that her husband i.e. Petitioner No.2 has expired on 25.03.2015. She has sought deletion of the name of Petitioner No.2 from the array of parties in the Writ Petition No. 3966 of 1999.

2. The other relief is for seeking expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition. The Interim Application is not opposed by the Respondents in Writ Petition No. 3966 of 1999.

3. In view thereof, Interim Application No. 19659 of 2022 also stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

4. Petitioner is permitted to delete the name of Petitioner No.2. Necessary amendment to be carried out on or before 12.01.2023.

5. Re-verification is dispensed with.

6. Since both the Writ Petitions are now been listed on Final Hearing Board on 12.01.2023, grant of prayer clause (b) does not survive.

7. With the above directions, Interim Application No. 19659 of 2022 is disposed.
