This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 10 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 17.08.2015 passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 1321/2010. 3.

According to learned counsel for the respondent, the delay in preferring the First Appeal is not of 10 days but 28 days. However, the office has shown the delay of 10 days.

In view thereof, the application is allowed for the reasons stated in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the application. 5.
