Mr. Dewani, the learned counsel for the Applicant at the outset orally prayed for amendment in the application i.e. to rectify or correct typographical error. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that while referring to certain facts in the synopsis inadvertently typographical error occurred in referring to the status of accused Respondent No.2 in Serial No.2. It is thus submitted by the learned Counsel for the Applicant that this being an inadvertent

Oral prayer is allowed. The amendment be carried out during the course of the day.

Perusal of the order shows that vide order dated 12th March 2020, the appeal was directed to be listed on 23 April 2020 and Office was directed to call the Record & Proceedings. Substantially, it seems that till date the Record & Proceedings is not received. Office to ensure that the Record & Proceedings is received within three weeks. On receipt of the Record & Proceedings, the appeal be listed after 4 weeks. If the appeal is not listed after 4 weeks the applicant is at liberty to revive the request for early hearing of the appeal.
