This is an Application for restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition No.2607 of 2015. The said Criminal Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution by the order dated 17th December, 2014 by this Court. 2.

Heard Mr. Deepak Girme, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. He submits that the Petition was dismissed prior to the issuance of notice to the Respondents and therefore, it is not necessary at this stage to issue notice of restoration to the Respondents. I have gone through the pleadings of the Application and I am satisfied that the Application needs to be allowed in the interests of justice.
