Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Mr. Kuldeep Patil, learned counsel appearing for the CBI, opposed the application. However, for the reasons mentioned in the application, I find no difÏculty in allowing the same thereby granting permission to apply for issuance/renewal of the passport for ten (10) years. The same has to be decided in accordance with law. 3.

It is made clear that this application is allowed for the 1/2

After the passport is renewed, the same shall be deposited with the CBI. The applicant will be at liberty to apply for permission to travel abroad when the occasion so arises.
