The petition is filed for direction seeking transfer of investigation into C.R.No.258 of 2013 registered with Oshiwara Police Station. Mrs. Pai, learned APP, on instructions of Mr.Rane -PSI-Oshiwara Police Station, makes a statement that after completion of the investigation, Oshiwara Police Station has filed "A" Summary Report before the concerned magistrate on 13th November, 2015. The petitioner is always entitled to contest the said report. 3.
In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of jurisdiction conferred upon this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
