Petitioner's challenge is to the multi member election in a Corporation Ward. Learned counsel appearing for the Election Commission submits that this issue was addressed by Division Bench in Writ Petition Nos. 10354 and 7567 of 2011. Learned counsel appearing for the Election Commission submits that the Election Commission has already declared election yesterday only. In view of the subsequent development of declaration of election, no interference is warranted.

However, if Election Commission desires that the proper publication is to be made in respect of voting pattern of the multi ward system adopted in the Corporation election, it may do so.
