This petition is placed under the caption "For Dismissal". The learned counsel for the Petitioner tendered an apology for not remaining present on the earlier occasion. The learned AGP appearing for the Respondent- State points out that a Government Resolution has now been issued on 15 June 2019 clarifying the issue involved. In view of this, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply to the State Government in the light of Government Resolution dated 15 June 2019.
