Let necessary amendment in the array of the respondents be incorporated by the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day. Copy of the writ petition be served on the learned counsel for the applicant/respondent no.3.

Learned counsel representing the applicant/respondent no.3 shall file affidavit-in-reply within two weeks. Learned Government Pleader may file additional affidavit-in-reply, if any, to the amended part of the writ petition within two weeks. Rejoinder to the same as also to the affidavit-in-reply to be filed by the applicant/newly added respondent shall be filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner by the next date of listing.
