This Petition is filed seeking direction to the RespondentState to register FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 23rd December 2016.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned A.P.P., having taken instructions from the concerned Police Officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the said complaint of the Petitioner is being looked into and appropriate decision will be taken and the same would be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, we are of the opinion that the Petitioner's grievance now no more survives. The Petition, therefore, stands disposed of.
