Having heard learned Counsel for the respective parties, in our view, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority, namely respondent no.3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 60 of the Bombay Police Act, copy of which is annexed at Exh.C, to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
