DATED : 9 JUNE 2023 P.C. :- This petition takes exception to the order dated 13 October 2021passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik Region, Nashik in Application Nos. 1/2021 and 23/2021. The operative order of impugned order reads thus:

"1. Application Nos. 23/2021 and 1/2021 are allowed.

2. The applicants namely, (a) Mahant Shri Dharmdas Guru Rambhajandasji, (b) Shri Mahendrakumar Shankarlal Modi, (c) Shri Omprakash Ramkisan Sarada, (d) Shri Sanjaykumar Vishwnath Agrawal, (e) Shri Shrikant Popatrao Bachhav, (f) Shri Mahant Rameshwardas Guru Haridas Baba, (g) Shri Swarupchand Kanmal Baranth, (h) Shri Purushottam Harishankar Sharma, (I) Dr. Shri Madhusudan Shankarlal Agrawal, (j) Shri Namdev Kalu Chaudari, (k) Shri Kiran Bajirao Kathe, (l) Shri Rameshchandra Hanuman Sharma MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

17-WP-6683-23.odt and (m) Shri Santosh Bandulal Sharma, all are R/o., Malegaon, Dist. Nashik are hereby appointed as trustees of "Shri Smashan Maruti Mandir, Malegaon Camp, Malegaon, Nashik", bearing P.T.R.No. A-647 (Nashik) to look after the administration of the trust for the period of one year from the date of this order.

The newly appointed trustees are hereby directed to file a Scheme application within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order before the concerned Authority.

The properties of applicant trust shall vest upon new trustees.

Original copy of this order be kept in Application No. 23/2021 and its xerox copy be kept in Application No. 1/2021.

Entry of this order be taken in Schedule-I of the Register of Public Trust.

Proceeding is closed."

As the period of one year mentioned in the impugned order has expired and no subsequent order is brought to my notice extending the said period, in my view, the present petition has become infructuous. The Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
