2) This petition is filed challenging the order dated 8/12/2014 passed by the Trial Court allowing the defendants therein to lead secondary evidence. Counsel for the petitioner states that the Trial Court has not applied the correct principle that is required to be considered for leading secondary evidence.

3) Keeping open the rights of the petitioner to raise all grounds raised in this petition in case an appeal is required to be filed after Trial Court disposes the suit, writ petition is rejected. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.)
