This is an Appeal against an order dated 24th December 2014 granting ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a). I am told by Mr Vashi who appears for the original Defendants, present Appellants, that the Notice of Motion itself is listed for final disposal on 3rd August 2017, a few weeks from today. 2.

Mr Vashi states that the Defendants'/Appellants' Affidavit in Reply will be served on or before 30th June 2017. I will request the Trial Court to list the matter on 10th July 2017 for directions as to filing a Rejoinder, if any, so that this can be completed before the 19th June 2017
