Consent terms are signed by the petitioners and respondent nos. 1 as well as their respective Advocates. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are not signatories to the consent terms. The signatories of the consent terms are present and they are identified by their respective Advocates. The signatories have identified their signatures and admit contents of the consent terms and the supporting affidavit. 3.
In view of the consent terms respondent no.1 has joined the services with effect from 15th April 2024 with continuity of service. However, he has agreed not to claim any back wages. 4.
The undertakings in the consent terms and the supporting affidavits are accepted as undertaking to the court. 5.
