We do not see any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal since the Tribunal has remanded back the matter and asked the concerned authorities to reconsider the contention of the Respondent herein.

Writ petition, therefore, is dismissed. The State Government is directed to reconsider the contention of the Respondent expeditiously, unless the decision has already been taken.
