Ms. Noorseema Baig, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file complaint before officer in-charge of the concerned police station. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.

In the event, the petitioner makes such complaint, Incharge officer of the concerned police station shall hold an inquiry and take appropriate decision on its own merit and communicate the same to the petitioner within seven days from the date of the complaint.
