The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2010.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the FIR is registered. However, the same is registered only against one person.

Learned APP however, submits that investigation is in Uday S. Jagtap

141-15-wp=.doc progress. If the investigation reveals involvement of any other person, then appropriate decision will be taken. The petitioner in this regard is at liberty to give supplementary statement. Statement is accepted.
