Respondent no.3-Prithiviraj Mehta, husband of the petitioner is present in the Court. He submits that the entire dues of the first respondent-Bank are cleared and accordingly respondent no.1 has issued 'No Due Certificate' dated 22.6.2015. He has tendered 'No Due Certificate dated 22.6.2015 issued by respondent no.1-Bank which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Mr. Sachin Joshi has also tendered photocopy of order dated 7.5.2015 passed by the learned trial Judge disposing of Execution Application No.461 of 2012 recording therein that the matter is amicably settled out of court. Photocopy of that order is taken on record and marked "Y" for identification. He has also tendered affidavit dated 8.4.2015 filed on behalf of respondents no.2 and

3. Mr. Joshi identifies respondent no.3 and states that he is
