In this writ petition it is prayed that Respondent Nos.2 to 4 be directed to take action with regard to complaints filed by the Petitioner against the Board of Directors of Vitthal Sugar Factory Limited. It appears that with passage of time the elective term of the Board of Directors is likely to have come to an end. In view of aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
