Considering that the applicant is in custody for more than 7 years and 6 months and that the trial is now commenced with one witness has been already examined, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. 3.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application. 4.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to apply for bail after 6 months if the trial does not proceed substantially.
