This is an application to travel abroad and in particular to Canada from 01.04.2018 to 30.10.2018.

The record indicates that on the earlier occasion, the Applicants were permitted to travel abroad by this Court on certain conditions and the Applicants have complied with the conditions and returned to India within stipulated period. In view thereof, the applications is allowed on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by an Order dated 06.07.2015 in Criminal Application No. 605 of 2015.
