The petition is filed for seeking direction to respondent No.1Investigating Officer to conduct further investigation in EOW C.R.No.625 of 2014.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP has placed on record report dated 18th January, 2016 of the Senior Police Inspector, EOW, Mumbai. The report shows that charge-sheet is already filed in the subject CR and further investigation as contemplated under sub-section (8) of Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 will be carried out.
