By this application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 20th December 2023, by which, the aforesaid petition was dismissed for non-prosecution, and as such, seeks restoration of the aforesaid petition back to its original file.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 20th December 2023 is recalled and the petition is restored back to its original file. 3.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

Since, we have restored the petition back to its original file, the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 1st November 2023 shall stand restored.
