Mr. Malpathak, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, there is settlement between the parties and the Respondent-Tenant has handed over vacant and

Mr. Inamdar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent also confirms that possession of the suit premises is handed over to the Applicant.

Both Applicant and Respondent have executed writing dated 22nd November, 2022. The said writing is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

As the possession of the suit premises is received by the Applicant, Mr. Malpathak, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, he has instructions to withdraw the Civil Revision Application.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

6.

In view of withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application, nothing survives in the Civil Application(s) and the same is also disposed of.
