This revision application is directed against the concurrent findings of the Courts below as regards conviction of the revision applicant for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and the sentence of simple imprisonment for six months and fine of Rs.5,000/-. On 27th April, 2015 the learned advocate appearing for the revision applicant took discharge on the ground that the revision applicant was not giving any instructions to him. Since then the revision applicant has not appeared before the Court. He has also not made any alternate arrangements. In the circumstances, the revision application is dismissed for default.
