After arguing for some time, as the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

However, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably

The applicant and his lawyer to co-operate in the conduct of the trial.

The prosecution shall also ensure that the applicant is produced before the trial Court on the dates given by the trial Court and that the prosecutor as well as the police will co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the case.
