This is an application for restoration of appeal which was dismissed for non removal of office objections. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. For the reasons stated in paragraph 6, the civil application is allowed and order dated 12th September, 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) is hereby set aside and appeal is restored to file, subject to condition that the appellants shall pay Court fees within a period of two weeks from today and also remove all office objections. If the Court fees is not paid and office objections are not removed

Shridhar Sutar 2 517-cas-101.19.doc within two weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. If the office objections are removed and appeal is numbered, place it for admission on 15th March, 2019.
