2] The Applicant was granted bail vide order dated 16th February, 2018 by this Court vide Criminal Bail Application No. 320 of 2018. The Applicant is prosecuted for the offence punishable under Sections 354(C)(D), 509 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 67A of the Information Technology Act. The Charge-sheet is filed and the case is pending before the trial Court. While granting bail, the 1/2
osk 502-appp-39-2019.odt Applicant was directed to attend MIDC Police Station on every first Monday of the month till conclusion of the trial. 3] Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has complied the said direction by attending the police station for a period of about one year. It is submitted that the Applicant is the resident of District Anand (Gujrat State). It is, therefore, submitted that it is difficult for the Applicant to attend the Police Station once in a month at MIDC Police Station. It is submitted that the Applicant is willing to attend the Local Police Station situated near his residence in District Anand (Gujrat State). 4] In view of the submission, the condition of attendance stipulated in order dated 16th February, 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.320 of 2018 with regard to the attendance is modified by permitting the Applicant to attend the Vallabh Vidyanagar Police Station, District Anand (Gujrat State), once in a month on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 am to 01.00 pm. The other conditions shall remain intact.
