This application is moved for restoration of the First Appeal which was rejected for non-removal of the office objections pursuant to the conditional order dated 15.11.2017. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will remove the office objections, if any, within one week from today i.e., on or before 7.2.2018.
