The above Civil Application has been filed for expediting the hearing of the above Petition on the ground that the Petitioner is suffering from a serious Kidney ailment. The Petition is of the year 2009. In my view, in the facts as afore stated, it is just and proper to expedite the hearing of the above Petition. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. The Petition to be listed for final hearing in week commencing 22nd June, 2015 to be shown high on the final hearing board. The Civil Application to accordingly stand disposed of.
