When the Court was not inclined to allow the application on merits, learned advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, he submitted that the applicant is in custody from 7th January 2016 and trial has not commenced as yet. He submitted that considering the fact that for a long period of time the applicant is in custody, trial may be expedited.

Leave granted. Bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to expeditiously conduct the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of copy of this order.
