The above PIL was placed for admission on 29th January, 2020 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and, therefore, by way of indulgence, the matter was adjourned for today. 2.
We have heard. Mr. Sakhare, learned senior counsel for the Corporation and Mrs. Shinde, learned APP for the State. 3.
The subject matter of this PIL and the subject matter of PIL Lodging Nos. 4 and 6 of 2018 is the same viz. Fire tragedy in a Pub popularly known as Mojo's Bistro and 1Above Restaurant, which were operating from a building in Kamala Mill Compound, Lower Parel, Shubhada S. In PIL Lodging Nos. 4 and 6 of 2018, directions were sought to conduct an enquiry concerning the conduct of business by the Pub and in particular to enquire whether building bye-laws/regulations were adhered to and if not, which officers were responsible.

Pursuant to an order passed on 2nd April, 2018 in PIL Lodging Nos. 4 and 6 of 2018, a Committee comprising Justice Arvind V. Savant (Retired), Former Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala as Chairperson and Shri Vasant V. Thakur, Member and Shri K. Nalinakshan, Member was constituted. The Committee submitted its report which is under consideration by this Court in PIL Lodging Nos. 4 and 6 of 2018. 5.
In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the present PIL. We, accordingly dispose of the same with liberty to the petitioner to intervene and address arguments with respect to the report submitted by the Committee constituted by this Court as and when the PIL Lodging Nos.4 and 6 are listed on board.

The PIL stands disposed of.
