1] This is an application for relaxation of condition No.4(b) imposed upon the applicant while granting him bail by this Court by its Order dated 5th July 2018. The said condition No.4(b) reads as under: "After his release from Jail, the applicant shall attend the Sahar Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m and 1.00 p.m."

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant is an ordinary resident of city of Ahmadabad and it is very difficult for him to come to Mumbai every first Monday of the month, as 1/2

3] In view thereof, the said condition No.4(b) is modified to the extent that, the applicant is hereinafter directed to attend the Sahar Police Station once in three months i.e. on every first Monday of the third month till conclusion of trial.
