1] This is an application for relaxation of condition of attendance imposed upon the applicant while granting him bail by this Court by its Order dated 25th June 2018. The said condition reads as under: "After his release from Jail, the applicant shall attend the Sahar Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m and 1.00 p.m."

2] The said condition is imposed upon the applicant after taking into consideration the attending circumstances of the present case. I find no reason to modify the said condition.

3] Application is rejected.
