1] The applicants are facing prosecution for offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code on a complaint filed by the respondent No.2, pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, 23rd Court at Explande Mumbai. 2] Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably out of Court and the applicants have paid the money involved in the said complaint to the respondent No.2 herein. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The said consent terms are duly signed by the parties and their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates.
