The order dated 28-12-2016 passed by the Recovery Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal,, Pune, is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. It is the case of the Petitioner that the said order is sans reasons. It is for the Petitioner to take appropriate recourse against the said order before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and cannot invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
