The grievance of the petitioner is that though his application/complaint Exh. A dated 27.05.2015. is pending before the 4th respondent Deputy Charity Commissioner, Solapur, the said application/complaint Exh. A has not been decided by the respondent no. 4 till date. In the circumstances, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 4 to look into the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision on the said complaint in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the grievance raised in the complaint, this petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.4 to consider and take appropriate decision on the complaint Exh. A submitted by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of.
