Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to decide the representation/proposal dated 2nd March, 2015 filed by Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 (Copy of which is annexed at page 19 to the Petition), if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Till the Petitioner's claim is decided, the RespondentsState is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of the post occupied by the Petitioner. 4.
