Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondent no.3 - Kurundwad Municipal Council.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel representing the respondent no.3-Council submits that in response to the impugned tender, four bids were received, however, all the four bids have been declared to be disqualified and accordingly, fresh tender process shall be initiated.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition, on account of developments which have been taken place after filing of the

905-WP-746-2024 writ petition, has been rendered infructuous, which is hereby dismissed as such.

The issues raised in this writ petition are left open to be decided in some other proceeding.
